Stone Mill Stay has been a family run business since 2009 when we began renting rooms to students and professionals staying in Leeds. We are now offering both short and long stay accommodation options at 3 of our Leeds houses which are perfect for those studying or working in Leeds that do not want to be tied into a long rent contract.
Our prices are all-inclusive and very competitive compared to traditional rents. We are supported by Leeds English Language School, Notre Dame Catholic 6th Form College and the University of Leeds, all of which have recommended our options to their students.
Due to popular demand, we are often booked at least 1 month in advance.

We have 3 conveniently located homes in popular Leeds areas.
Stone Mill Way is our 4 Bed Townhouse located in the village of Meanwood, right next to one of the best parks in the city. The quiet location is tucked away from main roads and boasts a range of quality nearby amenities such as shops and restaurants. There are also quick and easy transport links to the universities and the city centre.
Both Burley Road (5 bed) and Greenhow Road (3 bed) are situated close to Leeds city centre. Both homes are within walking distance of the Leeds English Language School, Notre Dame 6th Form College and Leeds Univerisity campuses, again with all essential amenities close by.
All our rooms are All-Inclusive, this means by staying with us you will receive:

A fully furnished bedroom with double bed (including bedding and towels), desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Access to a communal bath or shower room (shared by 3 rooms at most) - some rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Access to a fully fitted kitchen including all essential cooking and laundry appliances.

All utility bills including water, electricity, and gas are included as well as Leeds City Council Tax.
