Our Greenhow road house is situated just off Burley road in a popular and student-friendly area of Leeds. The house is a detached terrace-style property we purchased and completely renovated in 2012. It has since become one of our most popular short stay rental properties due to its close proximity to Leeds English Language School. The local area also has a quality gym, cinema and restaurant complex in walking distance as well as excellent transport links to the city centre and train station. This is also our smallest propery with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate lounge and kitchen.
