Situated on the edge of a large woodland park in the quiet Leeds suburb of Meanwood, our house is perfectly positioned for those who wish to be close to Leeds universities and colleges but also live in a peaceful environment. The village of Meanwood has a variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within 3 minutes walk from the house. It is one of the most popular places to live in Leeds with its calm vibe and ample amenities. University of Leeds, Leeds Metropolitan University, Notre Dame Sixth Form College and Leeds English Language School are all accessible within 10 minutes by bus or a 30-minute walk. Not a student? Don't worry, we cater for professionals too. Meanwood has good access to Leeds city centre by bus and there is plenty of space at the property to park a car or bike.

Built in 1999, the house spans across 4 floors, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The communal areas comprise of a good size kitchen and dining area on the first floor and an office room on the second.

All rooms available are fully furnished in a modern style with double beds, large wardrobes, writing desks, and chairs. 3 of the rooms also benefit from their own LCD televisions and the whole house is covered by a fast WiFi internet connection.

There is a good sized private garden at the back of the house overlooking Mill Pond complete with furniture and a BBQ to enjoy the British summer time (this is only accessible through one of the bedrooms). The house also benefits from a garage where there are laundry facilities available to use.
