Located within walking distance of Leeds City Centre, our Burley road property has always been a popular choice for students and professionals alike. The local area boasts a range of shops and restaurants as well as a leisure complex close by with a cinema and a gym. The house was bought by us and renovated in 2010 and has 5, double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. There is also a small private garden at the front.

The communal areas are located on the ground floor with a fully fitted kitchen and separate lounge complete with dining table, sofas, and a TV. The house also benefits from a fast and free WiFi connection.

There is one large bedroom on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and a further 2 on the top floor. The top two loft rooms share one shower room (accessible from both rooms), the other shower room is shared across the 3 lower bedrooms.

This would be an excellent value for money option for a student of professional looking to be near the centre of Leeds.
